  • I haven’t done this with whole chicken in a while but I did turkey last year and this. 2 hours for a whole 16#, the 25+# one I actually cut in half and roasted them separately (one half is my Christmas contribution to my brother in law!). Best, moistest turkey ever! And in 2020 my nieces and nephews had incredible fun with that new word!

  • What are your thoughts on doing this in the oven? We live in an apartment complex & our patio is the size of a postage stamp…can’t even put a hibachi grill in it…sad, eh?
